Aug 1, 2026 Job Description We are seeking an experienced and student-focused leader to serve as Middle School Principal. This role oversees campus operations, instructional leadership, and student success in alignment with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and expectations set by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). Responsibilities include:
  • Lead daily campus operations, including academics, discipline, attendance, and safety
  • Support and evaluate teachers through coaching and professional development
  • Monitor student performance and implement data-driven improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with state accountability measures, including STAAR
  • Build a positive school culture and strong relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Manage campus staff, budget, and resources effectively
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field
  • Valid Texas principal certification through the TEA
  • Experience in middle school education and campus leadership
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
