Good Shepherd Catholic School, home of the Cardinals, has been a cornerstone of faith and academic excellence in downtown Garland since 1954. With approximately 100 students and a dedicated team of 20 faculty and staff, we provide a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where students grow intellectually, spiritually, and socially. The ideal candidate to lead Good Shepherd will possess the following: Five or more years of collaborative leadership experience as a principal and/or assistant principal (Catholic school leadership and experience preferred). An advanced degree in Educational Administration/Leadership or Principal Certification (may be in-progress) A commitment to promoting and supporting the spiritual growth of the school community. Demonstrated experience working with school communities on curriculum and staff development. Candidates will be practicing Catholics. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish.
