Groesbeck ISD is searching for a High School Principal with the following qualifications: Demonstrates strong leadership in improving instruction. Exhibits knowledge in developing and utilizing curriculum and assessment to drive instruction. Possesses a strong background in student performance success. Builds a positive campus culture with students and staff. Successfully establishes, delegates, and maintains authority and accountability. Exemplifies theponents of effective personnel policies, procedures, and practices. Recognizes situations that call for independent judgment and quick thinking. Openlymunicates with the superintendent, faculty, staff, parents, andmunity.

Qualifications:

Master's degree, Texas Principal or other appropriate Texas certificate, Instructional Leadership Development (ILD), and T-TESS certification

Experience:

High School Experience Highly Preferred 3+ Years of High School Teacher Preferred 2+ Years of Assistant Principal Experience Required

Salary Range:

$81,000.00 - $110,000.00 / Per Year $375 Monthly District Contribution for Health Insurance for Employees $50,000 Life Insurance Policy for all Staff Members $500 In-District (Must live within the Groesbeck School District) Kids Kare Academy (Day Care operated by GISD and discounted for staff)
