Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE
Assist the school principal in overall administration of instuctional program and campus level operations. Coordinate assigned student activities and services as directed by the principal.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Master's degree from accredited university Valid Texas Principal certification or equivalent Certified instructional supervisor and appraiser in Professional Development & Appraisal System Valid Texas teaching certification
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Thorough understanding of school administrative operations Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
EXPERIENCE
Five years teaching experience preferred
