Bilingual Academic Advisor (Spanish)

Interactive College of Technology, an accredited two-year degree granting institution located in Pasadena has an opening for a Student Retention Specialist in the ESL Department. The position assists students in making career choices to help them succeed in the English language program, monitors student academic progress and works with the faculty and retention team to offer guidance and resources to enhance student success. The position requires at least two years of successful post-secondary education and a high degree of concern for student success. Applicants should have management experience, strong communication and human relations skills as to encourage student engagement and retention. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
