Immediately Job Description Three Way ISD Principal 2026-2027 School Year Primary Purpose Provide leadership and supervision for the overall educational program of the district's PK-12 campus. Promote high expectations for academic achievement, student growth, school culture, and community engagement while supporting staff development and organizational effectiveness. Three Way ISD is seeking a passionate and student-centered leader who values relationships, collaboration, visibility, and servant leadership. The ideal candidate will help continue building a strong culture focused on academics, extracurricular success, innovation, and community pride. About Three Way ISD Three Way ISD is a small rural district located in Central Texas with a strong tradition of excellence and community support.

Qualifications Education/Certification Master's Degree required Texas Principal Certification required Experience Campus leadership experience preferred Experience in instructional leadership and teacher coaching preferred Experience working in a small-school or rural district setting preferred Special Knowledge/Skills Strong instructional leadership skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and school improvement practices Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to support both academic and extracurricular programs Major Responsibilities and Duties Foster a positive and student-focused campus culture Support high-quality instruction and student achievement Use data-driven practices to improve student outcomes Supervise and evaluate campus personnel Promote teacher growth and collaboration Maintain effective communication with families and stakeholders Support district goals, initiatives, and compliance requirements Oversee campus discipline, safety, and operational procedures Support student involvement in athletics, fine arts, UIL, leadership, and extracurricular activities Continue building traditions and systems that strengthen school culture and community pride Salary Competitive salary based on experience and district compensation guidelines.
