Description/Notes:

The Principal serves as the instructional leader of the campus, responsible for fostering high levels of academic achievement, a positive school culture, and strong relationships with students, staff, families, and themunity. The successful candidate will lead and support teachers through collaborative leadership, data-driven decision making, and amitment to continuous improvement. The Principal will also ensure a safe, engaging, and student-focused learning environment aligned with the mission and goals of Willis ISD.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in educational administration/mid-management Texas Principal's certificate or other appropriate Texas certificate Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser

Salary Range:

Dependent upon experience: midpoint at $98,000 District self-funded insurance through BCBS Next Level Urgent Care Prime membership
