Aug 17, 2026 Job Description For the 26/27 school year, beginning August 2026, Spaulding High School is seeking a Student Support Specialist to work with high school students who present social emotional challenges. The Student Support Specialist works with teaching and counseling staff to support students' academic and social emotional needs through a collaborative problem solving process. Other education plus 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience will be considered. Pay range is $23.73 - $33.30/hour based on previous experience as a BI or equivalent. This position also comes with a full benefits package.
