Mukilteo Christian Academy is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and committed Administrator to lead our school community in providing excellence in education while nurturing spiritual growth.

Position Overview:

As the Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations, faculty leadership, and strategic growth of our school. This role requires a balance of strong leadership, administrative expertise, and a heart for Christian education. You will collaborate closely with the staff, parents, and board to ensure our school remains a beacon of academic achievement and spiritual development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in upholding and advancing the school's mission and vision. Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support academic excellence and spiritual growth. Manage budgets, financial planning, and fundraising initiatives in coordination with the school board. Foster relationships with students, parents, and the wider community to create a positive and collaborative school culture. Ensure compliance with state education standards and maintain accreditation.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field Proven experience in school leadership, administration, or a related role. Strong understanding of Christian education principles and a personal commitment to a biblical worldview. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team with grace and integrity.
