Job Description:
Summer School Site Director experience preferred. The Director is the on-site lead administrator for the 2026 summer school. Commitment to working all summer school days Conducts classroom observations and provides leadership with teachers concerning instructional programs Family Communication Transportation Coordination Food Service Coordination Coordinate with Human Resources to recommend hiring of staff Prepares weekly attendance reports Maintains a positive school climate and culture of character within the schools Holds staff meeting to prepare summer school staff Identifies causes of classroom behavior and works to correct them utilizing all available resources Secures substitute teachers as needed.
