Milwaukee Lutheran High School is seeking an Associate Athletic Director. Qualifications:
A deep spiritual and personal commitment to Jesus Christ. Experience in coaching or athletic administration. Bachelor's Degree Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral and written. Highly organized and detail oriented. Overall Objective The Associate Athletic Directors role is to focus on everyday procedures that occur in the Athletic Department. This includes, but is not limited to registration of students, program organization, and event management. The Associate Athletic Director's primary report is the Athletic Director. This person also schedules and/or coordinates dates, times, and locations for events on Milwaukee Lutheran's athletic facilities in conjunction with the Athletic Director, Maintenance staff, and Administration. With the Athletic Director, the Associate Athletic Director will assist in game management of events here at Milwaukee Lutheran High School. These duties include, but are not limited to coordination with Security, lead game staff, lead the coaching staff of both Milwaukee Lutheran and opponents. Further, the Associate Athletic Director should seek to develop and maintain positive relationships with the school community and take advantage of all available community resources to develop a program of which we are all proud. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Gameday event preparation.
  • Game worker scheduling.
  • Officials contracting.
  • Create rosters for home and away events.
  • Coordinate team practices, contact days, and manager Jr. Red Knights scheduling.
  • Manage high school athlete registration and clearing.
  • Team transportation scheduling and school vehicle coordination.
  • Website data entry (Rosters, Scores, etc.).
  • Summer camp coordination.
  • Red Knight Booster Club support.
  • Manage the equipment and uniform inventory.
  • Prepare for parent-athlete meetings.
  • Pep rally coordination.
  • Seasonal awards preparation.
  • Picture day coordination.
  • Coach credential oversight.
  • Social media posting.
  • Promotional materials, signage, and branding execution.
  • Team apparel ordering.
  • Event management leadership.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
