Salam School students are taught by more than 90 dedicated and highly qualified faculty members. After achieving its fifth star, Salam School has been designated as a school of excellence on the State of Wisconsin Report Card.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Teaches Middle and High School computer classes: (Microsoft environment & code writing: C#, Python, Java Script, HTML-CSS, etc.)
  • Ability to revamp and maintain the current school website.
  • Fluency with Gradelink and Edline platforms a plus
  • Maintains information technology strategies.
  • Receives and executes directions from IT Dept Head and school administrators.
  • Works collegially with teachers and office staff.
  • Researches and implements technological strategic solutions.
  • Accomplishes information technology staff results.
  • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  • Maintains a safe and secure work environment.
  • Develops personal growth opportunities.
  • Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
  • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
  • Identifies problems.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
