This role involves teaching various grades, mentoring students, and adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners. Experience in private school settings, secondary education, or research-based methods is highly desirable. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach in a Christian environment Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their academic and personal growth. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to support the educational needs of all students. Maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning. Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices. Requirements Professing Christian lifestyle. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Experience working with students in a classroom setting; prior experience in Christian schools/church setting is a plus. Strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and student assessment. Ability to mentor students effectively and adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
