Aug 3, 2026 Job Description Elementary Teacher•3rd and 4th Grade Mathematics 3rd/4th Grade Math Teacher Two Rivers Elementary School•Two Rivers School District Two Rivers Elementary is seeking a dedicated and student-centered 3rd/4th Grade Math Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will provide engaging, standards-based mathematics instruction that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic growth for all learners.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective math instruction aligned to Arkansas Academic Standards. Utilize data to inform instruction and monitor student progress. Create a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues, intervention staff, and administrators to support student success. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff. Participate in professional learning and school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Valid Arkansas teaching license with appropriate elementary certification. Strong classroom management and instructional skills. Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications (not required): Experience implementing the Illustrative Mathematics (IM) curriculum. Experience participating in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and using collaborative data-driven practices.
