  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Part-Time Elementary and Middle School Teachers to inspire and educate young learners across various grade levels.
In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom environment, and support students' academic growth. This position offers a flexible schedule for educators committed to making a meaningful impact on children's educational journeys. Your enthusiasm for teaching, combined with your expertise in curriculum development and classroom management, will help cultivate a nurturing space where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for elementary and middle school students Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom organization Support literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and other core subjects with creative teaching strategies Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing observations Provide individualized tutoring and academic advising to support diverse learning needs, including students with autism or special education requirements Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student development and classroom activities Requirements Prior classroom experience working with children in elementary or middle school settings Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members This rewarding part-time role offers an opportunity to make a lasting difference while working in a supportive educational community dedicated to excellence in teaching.
