Classroom Teacher Position Summary Classroom Teachers at Scholars Academy are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction aligned to Arizona Academic Standards, creating an engaging and structured classroom environment, and supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of all students. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction in assigned grade level(s) Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom culture Use data to inform instruction and differentiate to meet student needs Implement effective classroom management strategies Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress Collaborate with colleagues, instructional coaches, and administration Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events Maintain accurate student records and comply with all school policies Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Education preferred) Valid Arizona teaching certificate or ability to obtain Strong instructional and classroom management skills Commitment to equity, high expectations, and student success Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Scholars Academy Sunnyslope is an equal opportunity employer.
