Position Overview We are seeking a Middle School Science Teacher to join our international academic program. This full-time position includes teaching 4th and 5th grade science and middle school (7th and 8th grade) science. Our program follows the Cambridge International Curriculum and emphasizes inquiry-based learning, STEM education, and global perspectives. We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and strong academic skills in students. This position is ideal for educators who enjoy teaching across grade levels and supporting students in developing strong mathematical reasoning and scientific inquiry skills. Key Responsibilities Teach 4th and 5th grade science and middle school (7th and 8th grade) science. Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge International learning objectives Use hands-on activities, experiments, and STEM projects Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners Monitor student progress and provide feedback Maintain a positive, organized classroom environment Communicate with families about student progress Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and events Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or related field Ability to teach middle school science Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Negative TB test prior to employment Preferred Teaching certification Experience teaching science or STEM subjects Experience with Cambridge International Curriculum or international programs Experience working with upper elementary or middle school students Why Join Us?
