Position Overview Elementary Teachers play a vital role in creating classrooms where students are known, challenged, encouraged, and inspired. Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with curriculum standards
• Create a nurturing, organized, and positive classroom culture
• Integrate biblical principles and Christian worldview into daily instruction
• Assess student learning and maintain accurate academic records
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and classroom activities
• Build strong relationships with students and families
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to strengthen school programs
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
