The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and social development of young learners. This role involves leading curriculum, getting creative, showing lots of personality, and having fun. Responsibilities Participate in a camp training as a shadow day in a live camp in San Jose. Absorb curriculum and execute daily lesson plans Execute stellar classroom management styles to engage campers in a fun way Assist campers in completing camp projects Navigate different technology formats Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong skills in proofreading lesson materials and student assignments. Familiarity with early childhood education principles is highly desirable. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity. Schedule during camp is 8:15am-3:15pm (a little earlier day one and a little later on the last day) Join us in an amazing summer adventure! Campbell runs June 22-July 3.
