The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students and will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively while promoting academic and social growth among students. Duties Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with educational standards and meet the needs of all students. Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning, including hands-on activities, group work, and technology integration. Assess student performance through standardized testing and regular evaluations, providing feedback to students and parents on progress. Maintain effective classroom management strategies to create a respectful and productive learning environment. Provide early intervention strategies for students who may need additional support in areas such as math or physical education. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred. Experience in curriculum development, classroom management, and early childhood education is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of math concepts and ability to teach these effectively to young learners. Familiarity with standardized testing practices and assessment methods. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds. Experience in childcare or physical education is a plus. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
