We are a community who welcomes and focuses on prompting student growth by cultivating a relationship with parents, students, and all shareholders. We are seeking a 1st grade teacher for the 2026-2027 school year, with the following qualifications: Implement our school adopted as the base curriculum for the grade. Create and maintain positive relationship with students, families, and other teachers. Maintain a welcoming and updated physical classroom environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Use technology appropriately to advance learning goals Fulfill all additional duties assigned by the administrator Requirements Bachelor's degree required; teaching credential preferred. Experience teaching elementary school students preferred. Comfortable teaching Catholic religion curriculum and supporting the faith mission of the school. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Flexible, positive, and team-oriented mindset Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
