Qualifications Qualifications:

• An appropriate, valid CA State multiple subject teaching credential with necessary English learner authorization
• Possession of, or active enrollment in coursework toward, one of the following: the California Reading and Literacy Leadership Specialist Credential (RLSS) or California Reading and Literacy Added Authorization (RLAA)
• Demonstrated expertise in the Science of Reading and structured literacy practices
• Experience providing direct reading instruction to elementary-aged students
• Experience coaching or mentoring teachers in literacy instruction Other Desired Qualifications
• Experience with intervention and/or foundational reading programs grounded in Science of Reading Practices (e.g. UFLI, Orton-Gillingham, SIPPS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of foundational literacy assessment tools and data interpretation (e.g., Dibels, BPST, Acadience, etc.).
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly desired but not required Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation Resume Requirements /
