In this role, you will work closely with students to create a positive and engaging environment. Our Summer program consists of weekly field trips, art and craft activities, and implementing summer calendar along with creating lesson planned activities with co-teachers. You will support educational activities, assist in classroom management, and contribute to the overall development of students. Ideal candidates will have experience in childcare or education settings and a passion for helping children succeed. Responsibilities Provide support and working along side co-teachers in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive structured atmosphere. Engage with students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Offer tutoring assistance to students who may need additional help with their studies. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective communication and teamwork. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Assist in serving morning and afternoon snacks and lunch daily. Qualifications Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Background in early childhood education with a minimum of 12 ECE Units Clean driving record (driving company vehicles is required). Strong classroom management skills and the ability to provide structured activities effectively. Knowledge of first aid practices is beneficial. Ability to engage with children through various activities such as games, arts, and crafts. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential.
