Under the direction of the Head of School, the ELD Intervention Teacher supports students by leading intervention classes. The Intervention Teacher will develop lesson plans and provide direct instruction for intervention. In addition, the Intervention Teacher will provide data for SST and 504 meetings and communicate with parents, teachers, staff regarding progress or further interventions needed. The Intervention Teacher may also assist general education teachers with the selection of appropriate curricula and the development and implementation of appropriate strategies.
