Job Summary:
To plan and implement instruction which exceeds Colorado state standards and challenges students to fulfill their academic potential Deliver Quality Instruction Manage a Classroom Build Relationships Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following: Plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Create Unit Plans using a backwards planning methodology Clearly communicate daily lesson objectives Assess student progress and growth using both formal and informal assessment Effectively implement and adhere to individual student learning plans Full job description can be provided upon interview
Job Requirements:
BS or BA in education and/or Math or a related field. Teaching License -- Teaching Experience Preferred. Knowledge of Math In Focus preferred.
Salary:
$56,500 to $75,000.00/year dependent upon years of teaching experience and education level World Compass Academy seeks faculty and staff who love children and teaching.
