Qualifications (Education and Experience) Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required Colorado teaching license (or ability to obtain) preferred Experience teaching elementary students preferred Strong classroom management and instructional skills Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education Must complete Archdiocesan background screening and Safe Environment training Compensation Compensation is based on the Archdiocese of Denver Teacher Salary Scale and is determined by verified years of teaching experience and educational attainment (Bachelor's degree, advanced coursework, or Master's degree). This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position. For the 2026-2027 school year, the anticipated salary range for this position is: $42,000

• $64,000 annually, depending on placement on the Archdiocesan salary schedule.

This position does not include commissions or performance bonuses. Additional stipends may be available for approved extracurricular responsibilities, leadership roles, or school programs.
