Requirements Educational Level:

Bachelor's Degree Certification/License Required:

Teaching license/alternative license in process preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Flexible, analytical, strong communication and interpersonal skills Essential Duties Support the academic growth needs of students, both high and low students DIBELS test students, as needed, and monitor progress at scheduled intervals Teach math class within a grade, if needed (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades remedial) May teach Lit Circles (6th, 7th, 8th grades) Facilitate small reading groups (K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd grades) Proctor tests as needed and assess new incoming students Assist with Kindergarten Orientation, Kindergarten Round-up, and 1st grade literacy events Teach writing groups, as needed As needed, participate in Parent-Teacher conferences Other duties as assigned: Cover for classroom teacher, carpool, etc.

Anticipated Start Date:

July 29, 2026 Anticipated Starting Salary and Benefits The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $55,000-$62,000, depending on experience and skill level.
