Provide individualized support to students, addressing their unique educational needs. Mentor students in both academic and social development, promoting positive behavior and teamwork. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Experience Proven experience working with elementary school students in an educational setting. Strong background in literacy education, including reading and writing instruction. Familiarity with standardized testing practices and assessment strategies. Proficient in math instruction, ensuring students develop foundational skills. Experience in lesson planning. Ability to effectively mentor students, guiding them towards personal and academic growth.
