Responsibilities would include creating an engaging, faith-filled learning environment that fosters academic growth and love of learning. The candidate should be competent at instructing students third grade curriculum. In addition, the candidate must be able to assist students who may need additional support.
Key Requirements:
Develop and implement daily lesson plans that address spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Use diverse instructional techniques such as modeling, observing, questioning, demonstrating, and reinforcing. Encourage children to develop self-help skills and independence. Adapt curriculum to meet individual learning needs and initiate referrals when necessary. Promote positive behavior through redirection, positive reinforcement, and adherence to the school's behavioral policies. Maintain positive communication with families through newsletters, daily updates, and as-needed outreach. Attend regular staff meetings and participate in annual reviews and professional development. Maintain confidentiality regarding children, families, and staff. Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education required. Minimum of 5 years classroom experience in education. Strong understanding of learning and child developmental stages. Demonstrated ability to create engaging, age-appropriate curriculum. Commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and faith-based environment.
