Our students thrive with educators who are familiar with the neurodivergent community as well as social-emotional support and conscious disciplining. Our students are a unique mix of learners and therefore require an educator who is patient, able to pivot mid-lesson and engaging. Teachers should have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience due to our alternative and casual learning environment. Teachers need to be able to create their own structured, creative, hands-on, fun and differentiated lessons to groups with multi-ages. Teachers are expected to be comfortable in the outdoors and nature. Outdoor classes are required. Supervision, swimming and playing are required daily at the beach for recess.
