Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning goals. Provide high-quality instruction across core subject areas while meeting the individual needs of students. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. Utilize educational technology and interactive teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences. Monitor student progress through assessments, observations, and data-driven instruction. Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to help students achieve academic success. Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress and classroom expectations. Encourage students' social, emotional, and character development through mentorship and positive reinforcement. Collaborate with administration and fellow educators on curriculum development, school initiatives, and academic planning. Support students with diverse learning styles and educational needs, including those requiring additional academic or behavioral support. Maintain classroom organization, behavior management, and daily instructional routines. Participate in professional development opportunities and school events as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred. Previous experience teaching in an elementary school setting strongly preferred. Strong understanding of child development and effective instructional practices. Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans. Experience integrating technology into classroom instruction. Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
