Position Summary:
Our private Christian school is seeking passionate and committed educators for various teaching roles across our Elementary division.

The ideal candidates will bring a robust educational background and a dedication to cultivating a supportive, challenging, and inspiring learning environment for students of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum and educational guidelines. Develop assessments and instructional materials that address the varied needs of students. Employ a range of teaching strategies to motivate and engage students in their educational pursuits. Monitor student progress and adapt instructional methods as necessary to promote understanding and academic success. Collaborate with colleagues and staff to foster a unified and integrated learning experience for all students. Actively engage in school events, meetings, and professional development initiatives to contribute positively to the school community.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is required. Teaching experience at the Elementary, Middle, or High School level is preferred but not essential. A strong commitment to the Christian faith and a desire to integrate faith with learning in the classroom. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and fellow educators. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
