Elementary School Teachers for SY26-27 Orlando Science Charter School K-8 - East Campus - 4.2 Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Employee discount Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Teaching Certification Elementary Education Teaching Certification Working with children Education Bachelor's degree Curriculum implementation Organizational skills Teaching K-12 education instructional development Full Job Description We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our East Campus to fill the following positions: Kindergarten Teacher 1st Grade Teacher 3rd Grade Teacher 5th Grade Math & Science Teacher Teachers will: Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction that fosters a love of learning Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to Florida standards, with a strong emphasis on math and science instruction (5th grade) Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment where all students feel valued Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs using data-driven practices Utilize technology and hands-on learning strategies to enhance student engagement Monitor and assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families Collaborate with PLC teams, support staff, and families to improve student outcomes Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a strong school culture
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Valid Florida Teaching Certification (Elementary Education) Strong instructional planning, communication, and organizational skills Ability to design engaging, standards-based lessons
Preferred:
Experience teaching elementary grades (K-5), particularly in math and/or science Strong understanding of data-driven instruction and assessment practices Experience integrating educational technology into instruction Commitment to fostering an inclusive and student-centered classroom
