• Departmentalized (Reading/ELA & Math/Science)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver instruction that aligns with state standards and grade level expectations
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Use data to inform instructional decisions and progress monitoring
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and classroom events
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school wide initiatives and events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Florida teaching certificate or licensure
• Experience teaching in an elementary school setting
• Knowledge of best practices in elementary education and curriculum development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth
