Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young learners, utilizing innovative teaching methods to engage students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and differentiate to meet the diverse needs of students. Educate students in various subjects, including ELA, mathematics, science, and history. Utilize early intervention strategies to support students with special needs. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment. Create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and respect for diversity. Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with other educators and staff to develop school-wide initiatives that promote student well-being and academic success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field; Florida teaching certification required-temporary or professional Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and early childhood education methodologies. Ability to communicate effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds. Knowledge of educational administration practices and the ability to implement early intervention strategies effectively.
