Aug 19, 2026 Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy educator to ignite a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking. This person should attain a caring and positive mindset to work with students/parents and build a classroom environment that making mistakes are how we learn and establish boundaries! This role is designed for an educator who understands that 3rd grade is the critical bridge for development of writing and math concepts prior to entering 4th grade. This candidate will be supported by 2 general education 3rd grade teachers who also teach 3rd grade and will build capacity to learn with a PLC lead by experienced instructional coach and building administration.
