Christian School Elementary Teacher

More Than Teacher - A Calling to Shape Lives Our private Christian school is seeking an Elementary Teacher who sees education as ministry, not just a profession. We are looking for someone with a strong Christian testimony, a servant's heart, and a genuine passion for pouring into the lives of children academically, emotionally, and spiritually. While experience and instructional ability are very important, who you are matters just as much as what you know. This role requires someone who can lovingly lead a classroom with structure, consistency, and high attention to detail while building strong relationships with both students and families. Responsibilities Include:

Teaching all elementary classroom subjects in a self-contained classroom Creating engaging and structured lesson plans Integrating Biblical truth throughout the school day Managing classroom behavior with consistency and care Communicating professionally and effectively with parents and administration Supporting the spiritual, emotional, and academic development of students

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, preferably Elementary Education State teaching certification preferred Previous Elementary teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills A mature Christian faith and commitment to Christian education Upon review of resumes, selected candidates will receive a Culture Index survey to help identify overall fit, communication preferences, and motivational drivers.
