This educator will foster a positive, engaging, and academically rigorous learning environment while supporting the spiritual, intellectual, social, and emotional growth of each student. The ideal candidate models strong moral character, inspires a love of learning, and partners effectively with families and colleagues to ensure student success. This teacher works collaboratively with fellow faculty members, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and a shared mission. In this role, the teacher will plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with grade-level standards while integrating reading, writing, math, science, and social studies through engaging, thoughtful instruction that promotes critical thinking and creativity. They will differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs, use assessment data to monitor student progress and guide instruction, and establish a safe, respectful, and structured classroom environment with clear routines that foster independence, collaboration, and responsibility. The teacher will communicate regularly with families regarding academic progress and behavior, collaborate with colleagues and school committees, actively participate in professional development, and consistently uphold the school's policies, expectations, and mission.
Qualifications:
