Elementary School Teacher Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to student success, a deep understanding of child development, and the ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and respected Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed to ensure mastery of learning objectives Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns Participate in professional development opportunities to continue growing as an educator
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education Valid Indiana Elementary teaching license Previous experience working with elementary school students Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in elementary education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families Commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning Must be well-versed in the Science of Reading How to
