Create a fun, nurturing, and engaging classroom for children ages 4-5 Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence Prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten success Encourage creativity, problem-solving, independence, and teamwork Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers Use positive guidance techniques to support behavior and emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed early childhood center Strong understanding of child development and preschool learning standards Passion for teaching and making a difference in children's lives Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent attendance Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Experience with Frog Street Curriculum and Conscious Discipline is a plusCompensation:
