Immediately Job Description Pleasant Grove Elementary is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for an educator who fosters a student centered, engaging, and standards-aligned learning environment that empowers all students to reach their full potential. Candidate must have Kentucky Elementary Certification at EPSB and possess all other requirements according to BCPS.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver standards-aligned instruction Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom culture Maintain effective classroom management Use data to meet students' diverse academic and social-emotional need Integrate technology Collaborate with families and colleagues Engage in PLCs Communicate regularly with colleagues, administration, and families Actively participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development This position is for the 2026-2027 school year and placement will be determined upon candidate's strengths. Salary based on board approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year
