In this dynamic role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that promote literacy, math, social-emotional skills, and physical activity. Your expertise will help shape the foundational years of children's education, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Responsibilities Implement Frog Street curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Deliver engaging lessons in literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects tailored to preschool-aged children. Support children's social-emotional development through individualized attention and early intervention techniques. Manage classroom routines, including transitions, meal times, nap periods, and outdoor activities to ensure a structured yet flexible learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns. Maintain accurate records of student assessments, standardized testing results, lesson plans, and behavioral observations to support ongoing child welfare and progress tracking. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development methods such as Montessori or other early childhood frameworks. Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies suitable for young learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activities, and social-emotional learning. Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education or preschool teaching required. Passionate about child welfare and dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive environment that promotes learning through play and exploration.
