We are looking for a born-again Christian who has a genuine love for Jesus Christ, a heart for students, and a commitment to serving within our distinctly Christian educational environment. The ideal candidate will help students develop foundational Spanish language skills through interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate instruction. Candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills, creativity in teaching, and the ability to effectively engage students across multiple grade levels. A strong understanding of the developmental differences between elementary and middle school students is essential in creating a structured, supportive, and Christ-centered learning environment that meets students where they are academically, socially, and emotionally. Candidates should be passionate about helping students grow academically, spiritually, and personally while encouraging a love for learning and cultural awareness through the study of language.
Position Details:
Part-time position 7:45 AM-3:00 PM In-person instruction
Pay:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Prior teaching and classroom management experience preferred (1+ years) Ability to teach and engage students in grades K-8 Strong communication, organization, and classroom leadership skills Fluency in Spanish and a passion for language instruction Commitment to Christian education and student development
