CLASSROOM LEAD TEACHER
Applicant must demonstrate: Knowledge of content standards and implementation of standards based-curriculum, Create lesson plans with clear objectives•submitted weekly to online resource, Integrated use of technology for delivery of instruction, Incorporate use of digital tools for student work, Knowledge of integration of STEM across content areas, Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual learning styles and student needs, Effective use a variety of formative assessment techniques, How data driven decision making impacts instruction, Practice positive, consistent discipline in the management of the classroom, Strong classroom management skills and be able to foster a sense of community, Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, Student-centered approach, Understanding and support of academic, social, emotional development, Strong communication skills with all stakeholders, Maintain accurate and up to date records, Utilize cloud based grading system, Interpersonal skills and organizational skills, Professionalism in conduct, demeanor, and work habits, Willingness to participate in school-community events, Knowledge of the basic teachings of the Catholic church Position requires: Instruction in all content areas. In-person instruction Certification in Elementary Education. Dual certification in Special Education, SEI Endorsement, and/or Masters Degree a plus. Knowledge of Google G Suite for Education tools a plus
