Teachers in the elementary grades at Atrium work in multi-teacher teams. We seek candidates with particular strengths in designing and implementing innovative curricula across subject areas, differentiating instruction, and leading interdisciplinary projects in a classroom where social-emotional learning, collaboration, and kindness are valued. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required, dual licensure or masters degree preferred, and a minimum of three years of experience leading classrooms of elementary-aged studentsPossess the spirit and qualities of innovation, reflection, initiative, collaboration, and kindnessExcellent communication skills with students, colleagues, parents & guardians, and the greater communityExperience and capacity in teaching diverse, multicultural perspectives Strong ability to problem solve, and work both independently and collaborativelyGenuine understanding of elementary school students emotional, physical, cognitive, and intellectual developmentFluency & ease with Google suites, and interest in developing effective instructional technologies

Responsibilities:
