SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement curricula and activities to meet academic standards; Design and implement assessments that measure progress towards academic standards; Use assessment data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices; Participate in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions; Be accountable for students' mastery of academic standards; and Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree Possession of MA teaching license, including SEI endorsement Knowledge of current teaching methods; educational pedagogy, as well as differentiated instruction based upon student learning styles Ability to think critically, problem-solve, backwards plan, analyze; use data and prioritize the needs of the student Teaching experience with a proven track record of producing dramatic achievement gains is ideal Unwavering belief that all students can achieve at high levels and strong commitment to our students Belief in a structured school environment that promotes a positive culture of achievement

Salary Range:
