Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. In this role, you will foster a positive learning atmosphere, develop engaging lesson plans, and support the holistic growth of children from early childhood through elementary levels. Your enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to student success will help shape confident, curious, and capable students ready to explore the world around them. Duties Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, social studies, physical education, and library services. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and track student progress. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education support or working with individuals with disabilities. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques and conflict resolution skills to create a safe and respectful environment. Assess student performance regularly through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and provide academic advising tailored to each child's developmental stage. Incorporate innovative instructional design methods and Montessori or preschool approaches where appropriate to foster early childhood development and toddler care. Skills Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional strategies for early childhood education. Proficiency with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and digital resources for engaging classroom instruction. Experience working with children of various ages, including preschoolers, toddlers, and students with special needs or disabilities. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Demonstrated classroom management abilities that promote positive behavior and conflict resolution. Skilled in literacy education, math instruction, physical education teaching, and library services integration. Ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners using inclusive teaching practices such as Montessori or other specialized educational frameworks. Pay:
$57,721.93 - $69,514.59 per year
