Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education Elementary Certification K-8 Meet requirements for background check and fingerprinting
Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:
A successful candidate will possess: Successful experience working with elementary-age students Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of content expectations/standards pertinent to the grade level Experience working as part of a collaborative team Knowledge of the MTSS model to support students academically and behaviorally A successful candidate will be able to: Relate to and instruct children in large groups, small groups, and individualized settings Develop and use strategies to improve student achievement in all core content areas Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction Contribute to a professional learning team Use effective classroom management strategies
