Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking. Assess and monitor student progress through a variety of evaluation methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents. Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and ways to support learning at home. Maintain a well-organized classroom, ensuring that materials and resources are accessible and conducive to learning. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices. Uphold school policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and respectful school environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification for elementary education. Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred. Strong understanding of child development and effective instructional strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students and families. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture. Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes and classroom management. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
