Applicants must be able to provide an extensive background check and VIRTUS training, completed prior to hiring. Successful candidates must be enthusiastic, hardworking, and possess strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff alike. Aids serve as a support to the teacher and students of the classroom, and perform various duties not limited to; student interventions, co-teaching, working with small groups, etc. Applicants should be practicing Catholics who are excited to share his or her faith with children in both knowledge and deed.
